Currently I am using SharePoint 2010
I have a requirement to display checkboxes along with selected values and align in vertical manner on display/view form. Currently after selecting values from the multiple choice display form shows values separated by comma or semicolon (as shown in below image)
But I want them to display with their checked boxes in vertically aligned manner as shown in below
can someone guide me in right direction to make this ?
