Microsoft Delve: Will It Change the Way You Work?

Microsoft’s Delve is designed to “unlock” users’ knowledge and make it easily discoverable. Do you see this is a productivity boon or permissions boondoggle?

Delve will make it easier for employees to get the information they need (even if they didn't know they needed it).

Delve is likely to cause problems among employees and workgroups due to differences in how knowledge is created, applied, used, etc.

Delve will quickly fade into the background--people will continue to work the way they've always worked.
