At a recent Solutions Day we gave a session on how to get a document stored and distributed to staff with DocRead and SharePoint. Once distributed, each staff member is given a reading task and a deadline to complete the task by. To ensure a user truly undestands the document (or video, image, audio, web page, web url) you can also set a quiz and pass mark.
